Return Policy

Returns are accepted for unopened items within 30 days of the purchase for a full refund. Opened items in undamaged resalable condition are accepted within the first 30 day for an 85% refund.

Shipping Insurance

Items shipped by Insured EMS Express are fully insured against damage or loss during shipment. In the rare case that an item is lost or damaged in shipment by EMS, the customer can chooose to have another item sent or to simply receive a full refund including shipping charges.

Manufacturer's Warranty

All electronics sold are covered by the manufacturer's one-year warranty. This warranty is limited to Japan as items offered are intended for the Japanese retail market. Smart Imports will offer warranty support for defective items and have them serviced or replaced by the manufacturer while under warranty and ship them back to the customer. (Manufacturer's warranties do not cover physically damaged items that have broken as a result of impact, water, extreme heat, etc.)
